What they are
Cookies are small pieces of data stored in your browser by a website or external service. Other browser storage, such as localStorage, can also retain information. They can maintain a session, protect a form or remember a choice. Tools that measure individual behaviour or serve purposes beyond the requested service differ from strictly necessary technical tools.
This website's configuration
Squarespace's non-essential cookies are restricted and its visitor Activity Log is disabled. The platform's technical functions for delivering and protecting the website remain in use. This setting does not remove providers' technical server logs or, by itself, control every external service's resources.
Newsletter form
The newsletter form loads only when you press the button to open it. Your browser then contacts Kajabi and the infrastructure used to display, protect and submit the form. Loading it does not subscribe you: subscription requires submitting your data, making the choice described in the form and confirming by email.
The form's resources may use cookies for sessions, request protection and traffic distribution, including csrftoken, kjbsession, AWSALBTGCORS, __cf_bm and cfuvid. Relevant technical domains serve the Kajabi platform and its content delivery network (CDN). Protection functions include identifying automated traffic and limiting abusive requests. Cloudflare specifies that _cf_bm expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Opening the form requests that function; it is not a general authorisation for advertising tools. Newsletter consent is distinct from any consent required for non-essential tracking. You can continue browsing and use the website's other contact options without opening the form.
Contact-form protection
The contact pages use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated submissions, spam and abuse. Google describes _GRECAPTCHA as a necessary cookie for risk analysis when the service runs. The browser communicates with the technical Google and gstatic domains needed to protect the form. You do not need to subscribe to the newsletter to send an enquiry.
Calendly, podcasts and social links
Calendly opens on an external page when you choose to book a call. Social and podcast-platform buttons are also external links. The destination's own privacy information and cookie choices apply there; including a link does not itself embed the destination's player or calendar in this page.
Your choices
Cookies strictly necessary for transmission or for a service you request do not require consent. Any use of non-essential tools requires an informed choice before activation. This website does not treat scrolling or continuing to browse as consent.
You can manage or remove website data through your browser's privacy settings. Blocking technical cookies may prevent form submissions or other functions. Removing a cookie does not delete data already submitted or unsubscribe you from the newsletter. To unsubscribe, use the link in the emails or write to hello@manifestdigital.it.
